WCASA is a nonprofit, volunteer organization that advocates for the best interests of children Winnebago County CASA exists to develop and maintain an effective, high-quality CASA program to advocate for and represent children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and/or are dependent in the Juvenile Court System.
