YOUTH DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES

YDI’s mission is to help disadvantaged adolescent youth make pathways out of poverty by engaging them in evidence-based life skills training after school in which they develop The EDGE: 1) Establish individualized career plans 2) Develop critical life skills 3) Gain essential real-world employment and relationship-building opportunities and 4) Explore college/post-secondary training options.

The mission of The Village is to provide the next generation of young men from at-risk communities with the tools needed to achieve success in the areas of academics, spirituality, and career by connecting them with empowered and enlightened adult men who are willing to extend an honest hand in these young men becoming productive citizens.
