The Vermont Fallen Heroes Gwot Memorial Fund Inc purpose is to raise funds for the construction and completion of a global war on terror memorial and monument located in Vermont as a memorial for all those who have fallen during the current war with Iraq and Afghanistan, and to recognize all those from Vermont or with ties to Vermont, that have, are or will serve SPC Solomon C.
