TUCSON'S JANUARY 8TH MEMORIAL FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO DEVELOP A MEMORIAL TO REMEMBER THE TRAGIC SHOOTING THAT OCCURRED AT CONGRESSWOMAN GIFFORDS' "CONGRESS ON YOUR CORNER" EVENT IN TUCSON, ARIZONA ON JANUARY 8, 2011.
