Statement of Purposes The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable religious educational scientific and literary purposes and the purposes of preventing cruelty to children and animals testing for public safety and fostering national or international amateur sports competition including but not limited to providing small project-based grants and volunteer support to grassroots nonprofit organizations through programs that encourage and empower young professionals to utilize their skillsets resources backgrounds and interests to develop long-term civic-minded engagement opening the door to philanthropic giving at a young age.
