Superintendents Club of NY Inc

The Supers Club sprang from continuing education programs for managers and superintendents of multifamily buildings which, in turn, was a response to the deplorably poor operating and maintenance policies of most such buildings, the lack of training and education of maintenance personnel and the resulting higher housing costs from inefficient operation and maintenance, occupant discomfort and vulnerability to environmental hazards and, at worst, housing abandonment.
