MISSION The HLC of Will and Grundy Counties is dedicated to charitable and educational purposes in order to provide much needed scholarships for individuals seeking acceptance into educational programs in schools of higher education trade skills and professional certifications through the financial collaboration of individuals corporations organizations and government funds in Will and Grundy Counties.
