To house returning disabled veterans through the McKinney Act, with federal disposal properties, we turn commerical properties into residential homes, since we are first priority we get the peoperty for free, and have until a year to make any changes, and we keep the property, the General Service Administration oives notices of available peoperty for free, to non profits willing to build homes for returning disabled veterans; .
