Mill Neck Family of Organizations (MNFO) is dedicated to serving the Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing Community The Mill Neck Foundation for the Deaf is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing resources and funding opportunities to support the programs and services of its affiliates - Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf, Mill Neck Services for the Deaf, and Lutheran Friends of the Deaf (collectively, the Mill Neck Family of Organizations).

Mill Neck Services provides vocational, social, habilitation, interpreting and audiology services to individuals who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf-Blind and Hearing; many of the people have secondary disabilities.
