Hearts and Hands Scholarship Fund Thrift Shoppe supports post-secondary scholarships for 37882 Our only program service is to provide cash gifts for tuition and other costs associated with attending accredited secondary educational institutions colleges and trade schools for students living in Townsend TN TOWNSEND TENNESSEE The Hearts and Hands Scholarship fund was established in 1994 to award scholarships to Townsend Tennessee residents attending regionally accredited colleges or vocational schools.
