Helping Persian Cats

Helping Persian Cats Inc. rescues (adopts) Persians, Himalayans, Exotic Short Hairs and Scottish Folds primarily from southern California animal shelters, in order to save the cats from unfavorable conditions at the shelters or possible euthanasia there, and to alleviate overcrowding and reduce the euthanasia rate of city and county animal shelters.
