The purpose of the corporation is to raise funds for projects which raise awareness and provide education regarding cancer detection, cancer treatments, and the impact of cancer on individual lives through the medium of film and video.

Nurses for Newborns exists to provide a safety net for families most at-risk in order to prevent infant mortality, child abuse, and neglect by providing in-home nursing visits which promote healthcare, education, and positive parenting skills.
