The Mission Statement of Perceptions for People with Disabilities is educational and charitable purposes, specifically to increase community awareness of the special needs of those who are physically challenged, visually impaired/blind or hard of hearing/deaf and living with HIV/AIDS, also to help empower People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) to become more sociable, self-sufficient and independent.
