Laney's legacy began on May 27, 2013 after being diagnosed with a rare form of AML (Acute Myeloid Le TO ENGAGE IN FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE STRICKEN WITH PEDIATRIC CANCER AND TO SUPPORT RESEARCH PROJECTS AND TREATMENT OPTIONS FOR PEDIATRIC CANCER PATIENTS WITH THE GOAL OF FINDING CURES AND MEANS OF PREVENTION.
