To enhance the educational experience and opportunities for youth within the Kansas City Missouri Public School System who are negatively impacted by socio-economic status, family dynamics, and other environmental and/or social factors that inhibit positive mental and social growth; and provide research-based programming to assist these youth and their families in achieving their elementary, secondary and post-secondary goals.
