TO SPONSOR, PROMOTE AND CONDUCT EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY OUTREACH SERVICES TO LEARNERS AT EVERY LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT; EXTEND ASSISTANCE TO THOSE OUT OF SCHOOL BUT NEEDING BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY TO FUNCTION EFFECTIVELY IN OUR SOCIETY; RAISE EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS IN COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES, AND INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING; SPONSOR, PROMOTE AND CONDUCT CONFERENCES, SEMINARS, AND MEETINGS ON A NATIONAL AND LOCAL LEVEL FOR ACHIEVEMENT AND ADVANCEMENT OF THE THESE PURPOSES; COOPERATE WITH OTHER GROUPS, ASSOCIATIONS, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE AGENCIES WHICH MAY BE CONCERNED WITH COMMUNITY PROBLEMS, CULTURAL INTERESTS, AND EDUCATIONAL AND WORLD PROBLEMS; PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TO ISSUE PUBLIC STATEMENTS CONCERNING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION.
