Meals on Wheels Association of Staten Island, was founded in 1972 and provides two meals daily, one hot and one chilled, each meeting one-third recommended dietary requirement (RDA) delivered to older adults who are unable to cook or shop for themselves, are homebound, disabled, frail, or at risk.
