THE PURPOSE OF THE YES FOUNDATION IS TO HELP ONE MOTIVATED PERSON AT A TIME BY ADVANCING BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL, AND EMPLOYMENT SKILLS RELATED TO GRAPHICS, APPAREL DECORATING, SIGNAGE, DISPLAY, RECOGNITION, PRINTING, PROMOTIONAL, AND OTHER SIMILAR DISCIPLINES.

Steam Academy of Cleveland

The purposes for which the corporation was formed, as stated in its Articles of Incorporation, are to establish and run a charter school in the state of Ohio for the benefit of the children, of the community, and to engage in any other activities incidental to the foregoing purposes for which a corporation may be organized under Chapter 1702 of the Ohio Revised Code; provided, however, that the Corporation is organized and shall at all times be operated exclusively within the confines of IRC 501c3.
