FANS of WCRAS is a volunteer group supporting the shelter in their goal to create a no-kill community The Fans of Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is the nonprofit arm of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, serving the citizens of Leander, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Hutto, and Williamson County.
