Pittsburgh Mercy Foundation (the "Foundation") formerly served the Pittsburgh Mercy Health System and its affiliated orgnaizations (collectivity, "PMHS") by securing charitable gifts to fund the charitable activities of PMHS ALL of the orgnaizaitons comprising PMHS are section 501(c)(3) organizations During 2010, the Foundation was merged with and into Pittsburgh Mercy Health System which now carries on the activities of the Foudnation .
