THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO TRAIN YOUTH IN COMPETITIVE SWIMMING IN ACCORDANCE WITH UNITED STATES SWIMMING (USA-S) STANDARDS, TO ALLOW THE YOUTH TO PARTICIPATE IN USA SWIMMING SANCTIONED MEETS, AND TO EDUCATE THE YOUTH IN PHYSICAL CONDITIONING, SELF-IMPROVEMENT, AND SELF-MOTIVATION THROUGH SWIMMING.
