A walkable beach town on the Washington coast, seamlessly woven into a rugged bluff looking over the Pacific Ocean THE SEABROOK COMMUNITY FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE FOR STRUGGLING/UNDERPRIVILEGED YOUTH AND UNMET OR CRITICAL SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY TO THE REMOTE, RURAL, TRIBAL, AND COASTAL AREAS WITHIN THE SURROUNDING GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY COMMUNITY.
