Our goal is simple: help them succeed, and ensure they feel confident every step of the way. IPS also builds strong connections with employers, working to understand their needs while ensuring employees are set up for long-term success. Joy, hot chocolate, and a little touch of Paris ✨ At our Wauwatosa Adult Day Program, we recently spent a cozy morning sharing croissants, sipping hot cocoa, and getting creative with Paris-themed thank-you cards for some generous donors traveling to France next month. The center was filled with excitement, laughter, and connection. With French barrettes, scarves, and colorful artwork, our participants lit up the space—and reminded us that inclusion and kindness don’t need to be big or flashy.
