We are an organization of people brought together by food and food related businesses to work at the root causes of poverty, with a focus on children. The Global South has historically been challenged by cultural norms that block progress and impoverish its people. Too often, organizations attempt to relive the symptoms of poverty by giving more and more money - shoes, or food or even houses - but they fail to change the mindsets that lead to and perpetuate poverty. - We work on what matters, in ways that work.- We make existing organizations stronger, more efficient and measurably more effective- We spend our time working in the field, not behind desks- Our team members are proven leaders in effective methods of cultural transformation
