Carp Removal Update – 2025 This year’s electroshocking efforts removed 255 carp from our lakes. While slightly lower than last year’s record count, the conditions were excellent, allowing for the removal of a significant number of large fish - 65% weighed over 15 lbs, with one reaching 31 lbs. The remaining 35% were younger carp, ranging from under 1 lb to 7 lbs.
