AN ENTITY WITH MEMBERSHIP OF NEW HAMPSHIRE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS SHARING RESOURCES AND INFORMATION ON A STATE WIDE BASIS. TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN A COOPERATIVE AND WORKING RELATIONSHIP AMONG NEW HAMPSHIRE REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES AND POLICIES WHICH BENEFIT LOW AND MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS.
