The Akoben Collectives – Community Schools, Inc. is incorporated as a not-for-profit religious and spiritual organization, student tuition institution, Church School, educational and charitable organization under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), with headquarters in the State of Pennsylvania (United States of America) as designated in the Articles of Incorporation. The Corporation may also establish and maintain spiritual academies, physical school sites, regional districts, offices, divisions, collectives, and varied brick and mortar educational and training sites outside of the State, including all states, territories, islands, protectorates, etc., of the United States of America, and in any other countries, nations, islands, or territories, as appropriate and permissible.
