Meet Justin Neumann. Justin is joining FOCP’s mission as one of our newest board members. Justin is the Police Commander for the City of Mankato and shares: “The issue of youth hunger matters deeply to me because I have seen the impact it has–not just in the lives of individual kids, but across out entire community, In my work in public safety, I’ve witnessed how unmet basic needs like hunger can affect everything from a child’s ability to focus in school to their long-term well-being.
