Mercury Players, Inc., is a Madison, WI Theatre Company founded in 1994 to bring new, independent and alternative works to local audiences. THE PURPOSE OF THE GERALD A BARTELL COMMUNITY THEATRE FOUNDATION, INC (GABCTF) IS TO EQUIP, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN A LIVE-PERFORMANCE FACILITY CREATED BY THE FOUNDATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PARTICIPATING THEATRE COMPANIES (PTCS), AND ADDITIONAL PUBLICLY SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS OF THE SAME CLASS, SO AS TO ASSIST THEM IN CARRYING OUT THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THEY ARE ORGANIZED.

As young children we laugh and play without a care in the world but as life begins to slowly wear us down our innocence is stolen. Slowly believing the lies of this world that we are not good enough unloved or even a mistake the still small voice of the one who created us disappears. There is one who will always call us loved worthy and precious and it is the only voice that we need to truly hear.
