CALTC'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES INCLUDE: (1) DEVELOPING, FORMING, AND ADMINISTERING A PROVIDER BASED NETWORK OF MEMBERS TO PROVIDE COST-EFFECTIVE HEALTH CARE SERVICES; (2) INTEGRATING AND CONSOLIDATING CERTAIN NON-PATIENT CARE FUNCTIONS UNDERTAKEN BY MEMBERS; (3) ACQUIRING ITEMS, SERVICES, AND/OR EXPERTISE REQUIRED BY ONE OR MORE MEMBERS; AND (4) MAKING AVAILABLE TO THE MEMBERS THE EXPERTISE OF THE ORGANIZATION THROUGH THE SALE OF MANAGEMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND CONSULTING SERVICES.
