Two Temple/St. Luke’s School of Medicine doctors and faculty members were honored by the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at the Awards Day Ceremony for the Class of 2025. Shaden Eldakar-Hein, MD, MS, FACP, senior associate dean of the Temple/St. Luke’s School of Medicine, and James Anasti, MD, director of clinical curriculum and research and clinical professor of OB/GYN, were recognized for making indelible impressions on the graduating class. Dr. Eldakar-Hein was awarded the Blockley-Osler Award for excellence in clinical teaching, and Dr. Anasti was awarded the Golden Apple for igniting students’ love of learning.
