Siskiyou Upland Trails Association Welcome to SUTA SUTAs mission is to create a community trail system across the Siskiyou upland ridges linking the existing trail systems of Ashland and Jacksonville. Running above the western side of Southern Oregons Rogue Valley our JackAsh trail will provide a permanent recreational resource for our local community while protecting our natural resources into the future. It will also provide an additional draw to visitors to our region. Where is the JackAsh trail.
