FLOC is passionate about caring for neglected and abused children, children in foster care, and children in need of community resource. FLOC is a 100% non-profit volunteer agency, serving over 11,000 children in the greater Dayton area. This holiday season, 2024, we have the honor of serving 3800 children Christmas joy. Please check in with a valet at the front desk. Once inside the Talbott Tower enter the elevators across from the front desk and find us up on the 5th floor.
