The Old Irving Park Community Clinic is a free, volunteer-based primary care and behavioral health care facility. OIPCC was founded on the belief that all people, regardless of socio-economic status, have the right to quality healthcare. Old Irving Park Community Clinic (OIPCC) is a free, primary care facility which serves the Northwest side of Chicago. Our mission is to provide free, quality health care to the medically uninsured by individual volunteers from the medical community, in partnership with local community institutional providers and other appropriate individual and institutional volunteers, in a manner respectful of the dignity of the persons served.
