It is the mission of Child and Family Services of Northeast Michigan, Inc., to promote the social and emotional well-being of families and individuals in Northeast Michigan by fostering healthy personality and social skill development, strengthening and supporting family functioning and providing community based substitute care for children.Serving 11 Northeast Michigan counties including: Alpena, Alcona, Montmorency, Presque Isle, Cheboygan, Ogemaw, Otsego, Roscommon, Oscoda, Iosco and Crawford.
