Windham Foundation Enhancing the cultural vitality of Vermonts small communities The Windham Foundation based in Grafton strives to enhance economic cultural and civic life in Vermont. As an operating foundation it preserves and advances the positive qualities of Vermont communities and their natural resources through its rural enterprises grants to nonprofit organizations with shared purposes and conferences on issues that matter to Vermont. See our work in Grafton and throughout Vermont Grants Over the years the Foundation has given away over 12 million in grants. The wellbeing of small towns comes through the success of local organizations involved in this work and the Foundation is proud to be their partner.
