Amanda previously served as an executive director with Phoebe Ministries. Her extensive experience, leadership skills and passion for serving older adults will be an asset to our organization,” She has a wealth of experience in the health care industry with continuing care retirement communities. Laporte has held positions as executive director, process improvement specialist, regional director of operations, skilled nursing faculty administrator and human resource director. Her professional career has well prepared her for a leadership role with Fellowship Community. Laporte earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Health Care Administration from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator. Her deep understanding of healthcare operations make her an ideal member of the Fellowship Community. In her role as senior vice president/COO, she will provide strategic leadership, vision and administrative oversight for skilled nursing and personal care. Laporte will also oversee all clinical and support departments such as quality, compliance, nursing, admissions and rehabilitation. (fb)
