The goal is based on the assumption that all individuals regardless of their race color creed sex or previous history have one or more areas of competence which can be used for the good of society and the improvement of the individual. Our role is to change weakness to strength and to support abilities until each individual becomes a solid member of the PAAG subculture a culture whose norms and values are congruent with the larger society and yet still personally rewarding.
