TO PROVIDE AND SUPPORT ACADEMIC, EDUCATIONAL, MUSICAL, ATHLETIC AND CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAMS ESTABLISHED FOR AND IN SUPPORT OF THE MANHATTAN BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN MANHATTAN BEACH, CALIFORNIA. THE CORPORATION SHALL ALSO SOLICIT VOLUNTEERS AND RAISE FUNDS TO FURTHER THESE ACTIVITIES.
