It's that time again! NWS Storm Spotter training is coming up! For NWS La Crosse, Clayton County's training will be at 106 Bronson St, Luana, IA on March 13, Grant County's training will be at Southwest Tech on March 24 and Richland County Emergency Services on April 22 (The Richland County training **requires pre-registration**. NWS La Crosse sessions start at 6:30 PM. Other trainings from NWS Quad Cities are March 12 at 1 Commercial Dr, Hanover, IL 61041 (Jo Daviess County and Dubuque County Emergency management on March 25. Both of these sessions start at 6 PM. Lafayette County's training is at Lafayette County Ames Multi-Purpose Building beginning at 6:30 (NWS Milwaukee/Sullivan) The La Crosse trainings are linked. This also shows two advanced trainings that are virtually delivered (Pre-registration required) on March 12 and April 22 - both beginning at 6 PM. (fb)

Home Welcome to the home of Hidden Valleys Amateur Radio Club HVARC. We are a small friendly club located in the hills and valleys of Southwestern Wisconsin. Our members participate in Field Day Wisconsin QSO parties local community service activities and also offer ham licensing classes. Many of us are trained storm spotters some have CPR and a few have multiple Red Cross certifications.
