By 1986, it had established Rose Home, a shelter for pregnant women and their children. In 1994, the organization officially changed its name to Birth Choice of Oklahoma. In 1998, it introduced an ultrasound program to help women make more informed decisions about their pregnancies. In 2019, the organization was rebranded as Willow Pregnancy Support, marking a significant shift in its mission to better serve the community as guardians of life, caregivers to women, and advocates for children[1].
