Home - CliniSync Find patient health records when you need them where you need them. Improve coordination of patients care and get access to their medical history from Ohio hospitals through the CliniSync Health Information Exchange Connect Connect Whether you want DIRECT messaging with another provider or are looking for the latest records on your patients from various hospitals you can pick and choose the services you need. Integrate Integrate Receive lab results and reports place electronic orders to a participating hospital and send DIRECT messages to other providers all within your system. Notify Notify Receive an alert when one of your patients goes to the Emergency Department or is admitted or discharged from the hospital.
