THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED BY THE SUPREME COURT OF PENNSYLVANIA TO REIMBURSE CLIENTS WHO HAVE SUFFERED A LOSS OF MONEY OR OTHER PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF THE DISHONEST CONDUCT OF PENNSYLVANIA ATTORNEYS. THE FUND IS A REMEDY FOR CLIENTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO OBTAIN REIMBURSEMENT FROM OTHER SOURCES, SUCH AS THIRD PARTIES OR THE ATTORNEY INVOLVED.
