Founded in 1990, the library initially opened at 8042 Steubenville Pike in Oakdale. It started with a modest collection of 3,400 books in a two-room space. Over time, it has expanded and relocated to its current facility, offering a more expansive space with modern amenities, including multiple meeting spaces and newer technology[1].
