Dir. of Fresh Hope (https://t.co/jl83hOS5za) We guide and support those with a mental illness, along with their loved ones, to find hope based upon research. We do this through an international network of support groups, coaching, and resources. Fresh Hope for Mental Health® is an international network of Christian peer-to-peer mental health support groups whose mission is to empower those with mental health challenges, along with their loved ones, to live full and rich lives in spite of having a mental health diagnosis. Fresh Hope groups approach mental health recovery from a hope and faith-filled perspective. Since starting in 2009 in Elkhorn, Fresh Hope has grown by word of mouth to 36 groups in 17 states, plus England and Canada.

☁️🙏 This verse is an assurance that the God of the universe isn't indifferent to your struggles: He's attentive to your every need, concerned with your burdens, and deeply compassionate about everything that weighs on your heart – from the big life decisions to the small daily stressors. The word "cast" isn't passive; it's a decisive act, like literally throwing a heavy burden off your shoulders onto someone strong enough to carry it. This isn't about wishing your worries away, but actively transferring every single anxiety, every fear, and every situation you can't control, to God.

📢 New Mental Health Support Group in Bakersfield, CA. Starting June 10, 2025, a NEW Fresh Hope Group is launching at Columbus Street Baptist Church. This in-person group offers a safe, structured, and supportive space for individuals living with mental health challenges and their loved ones.
