Welcome To The Cheltenham Education Foundation Who We Are Our Mission The Cheltenham Education Foundation CEF mobilizes philanthropic power for the benefit of educators and students in the Cheltenham School District and works collectively to enhance educational programming and projects that advance the school district community. Our History The Cheltenham Education Foundation was established in 1992 as an independent 501 c3 nonprofit. Our primary focus is to provide funding and assistance to launch support and administer opportunities that ultimately benefit the students of the School District of Cheltenham Township. EIN 232668363 Activities and programs to be initiated sponsored administered or supported by the Foundation are to enhance or augment not to replace or substitute for basic educational services required by local state or federal authorities.
