These programs are offered without cost to the children with parental consentregardless of religious affiliation. Yorba Linda Chapel on Wheels is not affiliated or sponsored by the Placentia yorba linda School District What Released Time is all about PURPOSE The purpose of Released Time Bible Education classes is to share Gods Word with boys and girls in the public schools and to assure them of His love and forgiveness through His Son Jesus Christ. Hundreds of students are enrolled annually in the classes in Placentia and Yorba Linda.
