Forsyth Healthcare, Inc was created to provide a network of volunteer physicians, hospitals and other healthcarejaartners who are dedicated to improving the health status of the medically uninsured by coordinated care across providers. In 2016 over 1, 375 physicians provided over $28 million in charity care to the medically uninsured in a 5 county service area. Access to care included primary care, specialty care including surgery, cancer care and chronic disease care.
