Mission of Family Promise of Odessa Family Promise of Odessa Inc exists to enable transitional families with children to achieve lasting selfsufficiency by providing temporary shelter meals and access to existing community social services. We provide food and shelter to families with children for up to a year while they move toward self sufficiency and finding homes of their own. We partner with area churches and social service organizations to provide a holistic selfhelp program.
