To raise and receive funds or property to assist in enhancements of the natural habitat, buildings, and properties of Island Beach State Park. 2. To encourage protection of the barrier island ecosystem. 3. To support activities, educational and special events, and programs that will further public appreciation, participation, and stewardship of Island Beach State Park. 4. To encourage support for Island Beach State Park programs through volunteer participation, fund raising, and dissemination of information.
